This policy explains what information Lavenex (“we”, “us”) collects through lavenex.com and the Easy Email Order Tracking plugin’s licensing service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you buy a Pro License, WooCommerce collects the billing details you enter at checkout (name, email address, and country/billing address) to process your order and issue your invoice. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or bank details — payments are processed directly by Razorpay.

When you use the Support form, we collect the name, email address, and message you submit, plus an optional order number or license key, so we can respond to you.

The License Manager records your license key, the website domain it is activated on, and the license’s activation/expiry dates, so we can validate and enforce one-license-per-site terms.

How we use your information

• To process your order and email you your Pro license key automatically after payment.
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and license-related notices (for example, an expiry reminder).
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To validate your license key when your site checks in with the License Manager.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Checkout on lavenex.com is processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI, or netbanking details are handled entirely by Razorpay under its own privacy and security practices — we never receive or store them.

Cookies

WooCommerce sets standard session and cart cookies so your cart and checkout work correctly. These are functional cookies required for the store to operate, not tracking or advertising cookies.

Data retention

We keep order records and license records for as long as needed for accounting, license support, and legal requirements. Support form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we’re legally required to keep, such as tax records) by contacting us at lavenex1@gmail.com or via the Support page.
